I want to personally welcome you to a passionate & inspiring group of like-minded people…all dedicated to living our dreams… & living them in a way that ‘s specific & authentic to all of us, as individuals.

To get the best out of the Living Your Dream Program I want you to follow the steps below for atleast the next 30 days (and beyond)...but before you do please watch the Welcome Video above.

Step One:

Join the Living Your Dream Facebook Group so you can share and be supported by your fellow members, myself and the HealingU team. Click Here to join the Living Your Dream Facebook Group.

Step Two:

Watch the Living Your Dream Introduction Video and then watch, listen and download the Awakening Your Dream Meditation Video and Audio Versions HERE...

Note: Watch &/or listen to the Awakening Your Dream Meditation Video / Audio as many times as it takes you to awaken your dream.

Step Three: 

When you feel you have good clarity on your Dream Life after watching/listening to the Awakening Your Dream Meditation then watch, listen and download the Living Your Dream Meditation Video and Audio HERE...

This is similar to the Awakening Your Dream Meditation (but shorter) and will allow you to tune into your dream on a daily basis.

In addition to the Living Your Dream Meditation Video / Audio you can also watch / listen to the Intention Meditation Video / Audio HERE...

These two options will just give you some variation each week - or if you prefer one over the other then just watch/listen to that one as often as you like.

Note: Aim to watch/listen to the Living Your Dream (or the Intention Meditation) atleast 5 x per week 

Step Four:

In addition to watching/listening to the Living Your Dream (or the Intention Meditation) each day - it is also recommended you watch/listen to the Gratitude & Appreciation Meditation each day as well

Watch the Gratitude & Appreciation Meditation Introduction Video and then download, watch and listen to the Gratitude & Appreciation Meditation Video / Audio HERE...

Step Five:

If at any stage you feel like you have any RESISTANCE show up in your body or your life, in the form of negative thoughts, feelings, beliefs and/or behaviours, then watch the Fast Healing Session Introduction Video and then download, watch and listen to the Fast Healing Meditation Video / Audio HERE...

Note: You can watch/listen to the Fast Healing Meditation as often as you want (especially if you have any aches, pains, injuries or illness and/or RESISTANCE occurring throughout your Living Your Dream Program

Step Six:

If you want to fast track the realization of your dream life then book in for a Fast Healing Session or Ongoing Coaching Program HERE...

The Ideal Week should look like...:

1) Watch/listen to the Living Your Dream (or the Intention Meditation) 5 x per week (preferably in the morning)

2) Watch/listen to the Gratitude & Appreciation Meditation 5+ x per week (preferably at night)

3) Watch/listen to the Fast Healing Meditation whenever you feel resistance has appeared in some area of your body or life

4) Have 2 days off per week to allow your Dream Life to Manifest without too much attachment...
